Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Free Shipping
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Eligibility and minimum purchase requirements will be clearly stated at checkout or during promotional periods.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Swid Perfumery is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Swid Perfumery is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. We will assist where possible.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review and work to resolve the issue promptly.
International Shipping
N/A at this time but may be subject to change in the future.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to shipping regulations regarding alcohol-based products, certain locations may have restrictions. If your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified and refunded.
